Public Comment Now Closed
The public comment period for the draft Mental Health Services Act Annual Report Fiscal Year 2020- 2021 is now closed. This report highlights the efforts made by KernBHRS and its contract providers to deliver behavioral health services to Kern County and proposed changes to MHSA programming in the coming fiscal year.
The report can still be viewed here. All public comments that were submitted will be recorded in the final plan.

The Mental Health Services Act provides funding to counties to expand and develop innovative, integrated services for children, adults and older adults. California's voters passed the Act in November 2004 as a result of a grassroots coalition intended to transform public mental health care. The intent of this site is to inform and invite you to participate in the implementation of Prop 63.
