MHSA Annual Report FY 2020-2021
The final Mental Health Services Act Annual Report Fiscal Year 2020- 2021 is now available. This report highlights the efforts made by KernBHRS and its contract providers to deliver behavioral health services to Kern County and proposed changes to MHSA programming in the coming fiscal year.
The Mental Health Services Act provides funding to counties to expand and develop innovative, integrated services for children, adults and older adults. California's voters passed the Act in November 2004 as a result of a grassroots coalition intended to transform public mental health care. The intent of this site is to inform and invite you to participate in the implementation of Prop 63.
