The Colorado Amendment 65 is a change to the Colorado State Constitution implemented on November 6, 2012. This amendment treats marijuana much like alcohol; users must be 21 years old and may not operate a motor vehicle while under the influence. The state of Washington has also legalized marijuana for recreational use. Now, a Hollywood-based company called Medbox is attempting to provide vending machines to dispense the drug. The company explains that the machine will be able to create a framework for the legal marijuana industry by providing an inventory control and to collect taxes on the sales.
