Yoga is proven to help alleviate stress and anxiety. And with all of the uncertainty surrounding 

the COVID-19 outbreak, self-care is extremely important. The KernBHRS Recovery Support Administration has partnered with White Wolf Wellness Foundation to host FREE yoga workshops online.I

The classes are available virtually in an on-demand format,

so you can attend a class when it fits your schedule.
