AB114 Prevention & Early Intervention and Innovative Program Plan
The Mental Health Services Act provides funding to counties to expand and develop innovative, integrated services for children, adults and older adults. California's voters passed the Act in November 2004 as a result of a grassroots coalition intended to transform public mental health care. The intent of this site is to inform and invite you to participate in the implementation of Prop 63.
