When you're worried about someone you love, or unsure what to do next, sometimes you just need to talk to a real person.
That's where the Family Advocate comes in.
What is a Family Advocate?
A Family Advocate is someone who understands the behavioral health system and can help you:
- Understand what your loved one may be going through
- Navigate services, supports and treatment options
- Answer questions about 5150 holds, privacy rights, or what to expect during hospitalizations
- Connect you with local programs and resources
- Help you feel heard, supported, and less alone in the process
Not Sure What to Ask? That's Okay
You don't need to know the right questions, you just need to reach out.
We're here to listen and help you take the next step, whatever that looks like for you.
