To access voluntary, non-crisis, outpatient behavioral health services, begin by completing a Screening and Assessment at the location closest to your home.  Use our interactive map to find your service provider.  Just enter your home address and you'll be directed to the appropriate location.  

What to Expect When Your Loved One Visits

• A screening will be completed to better understand specific needs.
• If appropriate, a licensed clinician will schedule a formal assessment to match the person with the most suitable treatment provider.
• Staff can also assist with referrals to community resources for additional support.
