If your family member is expressing dissatisfaction with their behavioral health services, they may file a complaint with the Patients' Rights Office.  Family members may assist the person in filing a complaint by filling out the Grievance Form.  A member of the Patients' Rights Office will promptly assist your family in resolving the complaint.
