Based on State and Federal regulations, the Quality Improvement Division (QID) monitors, tracks and proposes activities that are intended to promote “meaningful improvement” in our clinical care and beneficiary services.
In addition to monitoring documentation, QID conducts site certifications, promotes the implementation of the Recovery Model and plays a major role in helping to train staff in meeting State and Federal standards. QID takes a leadership role in maintaining our accreditation with Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. QID also works with many other KernBHRS committees and activities to promote quality improvement including :
- KernBHRS' Compliance program
- Contract Monitoring Committee
- Outcome Committee
- The Morbidity and Mortality Committee
