Children's Services Committee

In their advocacy role for children and families, the mission of the Behavioral Health Board of Kern County Children's Treatment and Recovery Services Committee shall be to support KernBHRS as they continue to develop and implement a comprehensive, effective, community-based behavioral health service delivery system which improves recovery and resiliency in the lives of children and families.

System Quality Improvement Committee

The mission of the System Quality Improvement Committee (SQIC) is to review and evaluate Mental Health Plan (MHP) activities and where appropriate make recommendations regarding policy decisions, institute needed Quality Improvement (QI) actions, or/and ensure follow-up of QI processes.
